Arthur Blouin

Arthr Blouin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Toronto. His research explores questions related to development and agriculture, and has examined the spread of corruption throughout organisations in northern Tanzania, the cultural roots of agricultural technology adoption across Sub-Saharan Africa, and more.
Dr. Blouin is also an affiliate of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) and the Centre for Comparative Advantage in the Global Economy (CAGE). He received his PhD in Economics from the University of Warwick.
