Boriana Miloucheva is an Assistant Professor at University of Toronto’s Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation in the Dalla Lana School of Public Health. Her research explores questions related to health, labour, and gender, and has examined the effects of racial discrimination on income and wealth, how Hurricane Maria impacted mortality over time in Puerto Rico, and more.

Dr. Miloucheva received her PhD in Economics from the University of Toronto.
