Daniela Scur is an Assistant Professor at the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University. Her research explores questions of labour, development, and education, and has examined how management practices shaped the education outcomes of schools, teachers, and principals, assessed the management practices of firms worldwide, wage inequality, mental health, and more.

Dr. Scur is also an affiliate of the CEPR Productivity Partnership, of the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), and a contributor to two data collection initiatives: the World Management Survey (WMS) and the Development WMS. Dr. Scur received her PhD from Oxford University.
