Sara Hernández-Saborit is an Associate Principal at Charles River Associates. Her research explores questions related to labour, gender, and education, and has investigated the interplay between gender, international trade, and living standards, examined how unemployment centres effectively create training opportunities, and more.

Dr. Hernández-Saborit received her PhD in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
