Steven Ryan is a Senior Research Analyst at the Ontario Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. His research explores questions related to public and labour economics. With a focus on the design of effective employment support services and policies, he has examined the re-employment impact of unemployment insurance programs in Canada.

Dr. Ryan received his PhD in Economics from the University of Toronto.
