Tianyi Wang

Tianyi Wang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Toronto. His research explores questions related to political economy, economic history, and health, and has examined the political impacts of the media and information technologies, how technologies affect health and labour market outcomes, and more.
Dr. Wang is also affiliated to IZA (Institute of Labor Economics) and the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER). He received his PhD in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
