Zhaoyi Wang joined the Department of Economics and the Forward Society Lab’s pre-doctoral fellowship program in July 2026 to support empirical research in urban and spatial economics, labor economics, economic history, and applied microeconomics. Zhaoyi graduated from the University of Toronto in 2026 with an MA in Economics. Her research interests include industrial organization, urban economics, and spatial economics.
