We want workers to succeed and prosper.
Billions of people around the world earn little and have low living standards. Our work aims to improve employment, productivity, and earnings outcomes among disadvantaged workers.
With our policy partners, including national and local governments as well as private sector organisations, we co-create programs and assess how they contribute to successful labour market outcomes. Importantly, we examine whether or not program and policy interventions are effective in improving the living standards of marginalized workers.
